The rooms were clean and nice. The in-the-wall, under the window was not as quiet as we would have liked and ran every 10minutes or so. Also, the housekeeper did not make sure the alarm was off and it jarred us awake an hour before our alarm. We learned to check ourselves in the future.

Furnishing is great, I really loved the bathroom faucets and water pressure, mattress is large and comfortable. Quiet location, plenty of parking and a slow power plug for EV charging. Lady at the reception was very helpful with recommendations on hikes and restaurants.

From the moment we arrived the front desk staff (I think Amy) was very friendly and helpful. I was given a tip on a place to go for a day out and we loved going there - it was the lower, middle and upper falls. We all enjoyed the hike and the cool dip in the water.

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional. Very warm reception which made us feel very welcome and relaxed! After a long journey this felt very good indeed. All problem solving was initiated with the spirit of positivity and professionalism.
